Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Use this page to select the fields that contain the work and organizational breakdown structures to be exported.

Field Description
WBS Click to display the Lookup dialog box and select the field where the work breakdown structure (WBS) is assigned. This field is required.
OBS Click to display the Lookup dialog box and select the field where the organizational breakdown structure (OBS) is assigned. This field is required.
Parent code for multiple top level codes

The value entered in this field will be used as the single top level element for structures that have multiple top level elements. The default value is Top, but you can enter a different value in the field.

This field is always enabled. The value in this field applies to all structures with multiple top levels.
